RCSEE Delegation in Business Visit to Saxony

In the period of February 25 to 29, Railway Cluster for South East Europe delegation will make a business visit to the German region of Saxony.

Delegation will be consisted of 17 representatives from 14 companies, organizations and institutions, primarily from our region, which will, during four days, visit Berlin, Leipzig, Dresden and Chemniz.

During that time, RCSEE delegation will visit sites of 6 companies from Saxony: Deutsche Bahn (DB), Bombarier, RailMain, Heiter Blick, Hörmann Vehicle Engineering and DVB (Dresden’s public transport company).

Apart from that, it will take active part in two B2B meetings as well as one workshop organized for them by the DB Vehicle and Technology Center.

On the first day, RCSEE representatives will be guests to their hosts and partner, Saxony railway Cluster BTS Rail Saxony. This event was from the start significantly supported by the Saxony Development Agency (Wirtschaftsförderung Sachsen), which will host B2B meeting in this state institution.

Companies, organization and institutions that will be represented in the visit are primarily cluster members: RCSEE, Business Support Network (BSN), Railway Directorate of Serbia, Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences from Zagreb, Belgrade Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering, as well as companies Encode d.o.o., Minel General Electric, Techco Electrics and Perform d.o.o. (all from Serbia), Oilco KDA (Northern Macedonia), GVO d.o.o. (Slovenia), Tech Co GmbH (Austria), Database & Technology (Italy) and KST Lightning (Belgium).

Apart from co-organization of this important event and possibility for regional representatives to visit the facilities of listed important German companies, , Dragoljub Rajić, RCSEE Director announced a large international conference that will be organized by the cluster at the end of May.
