Letter of Intent on Relaunching of Rail Services Between Belgrade and Pristina Signed
A letter of intent on the relaunching of rail services between Belgrade and Pristina was signed 14.2. in Munich in the presence of the president of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, the U.S. Ambassador to Germany, Richard Grenell, and the president of the temporary Kosovo institutions, Hashim Thaci.
On behalf of Belgrade, the letter was signed by the director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija, Marko Djuric.
The document was signed as part of the Munich Security Conference, Tanjug reports.
– Once this is realized, the railway between Pristina, Podujevo and Merdare, and further to Nis, will be renewed. Goods from central Serbia, as well as passengers, will then get to Kosovo much more quickly – Djuric told TV Prva in Munich, Beta reports.
